Your profile photo is visible publicly on your profile, in the rankings and in participant lists. Choose one that represents you well — it's your face on the stage.
How do I change my photo?
- Log in at shadowpass.digital
- Go to Settings › Dancer profile
- Click on your current photo (or the default avatar)
- Choose "Upload a new photo" and select your image
- Adjust the framing then click on "Save"
The change is immediate. If you don't see the new photo appear, force a refresh of the page (Ctrl + Shift + R or Cmd + Shift + R).
Accepted formats and sizes
- Formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
- Maximum size: 5 MB
- Recommended dimensions: at least 400 × 400 px, square format ideally
- The image is automatically cropped into a circle for display
Delete my photo
From Settings › Dancer profile, click on your photo then on "Delete". You'll go back to the default avatar generated from your initials.
Moderation rules
To keep the platform welcoming, certain images are not accepted:
- Content of a violent, sexual or discriminatory nature
- Faces of other people without their consent
- Commercial logos or brands used as a main photo
- AI-generated images impersonating a real dancer
Banner photo
In addition to the avatar, you can add a banner image that displays at the top of your profile. Same steps, from the "Banner" field in the settings. Landscape format recommended (1500 × 500 px).
