These actions are in each event's menu, on the "Events" page.
Reschedule
Just change the dates in the event settings. If the event had already ended, it becomes published again and registration reopens until the new start date. ShadowPass doesn't notify entrants: let them know yourself.
End and reopen
An event switches to Completed automatically two days after it ends. You can also end it by hand, then reopen it as long as its date hasn't passed.
Archive and duplicate
- Archive moves the event to the "Archived" tab without deleting anything. You can unarchive it.
- Duplicate creates a copy, handy for a new edition.
Cancel or delete
An event with no entrants can be deleted. If it already has entrants, it can't be deleted: unpublish it to take it down and close registration, then let participants know.
