ShadowPass handles registrations, not payments. The Ticketing step of the wizard (editable later) tells visitors how to pay.
Options
- Direct link: a "Buy tickets" button sends people to your ticketing service (Eventbrite, Weezevent, Billetweb…).
- Embedded iframe: your ticketing service shows directly on the event page. Check the preview before publishing.
- On-site payment: participants pay at the entrance on the day.
- Free entry: shows a "Free entry" label. It can be combined with a payment, for example free entry for the audience and paid registration for dancers.
Online ticketing (link or iframe) isn't included in the free plan. On-site payment and free
entry remain available.
Refunds
Since money doesn't go through ShadowPass, refunds are handled in your ticketing service or directly with participants.
