Resetting your password only takes a minute. You'll get a secure link by email, then you choose a new password.
Steps to follow
- Go to the login page
- Click "Forgot password" below the form
- Enter the email address associated with your ShadowPass account
- Open the email titled "Reset your password" that you just received
- Click the link and choose your new password
The link is valid for 1 hour. After that, you'll need to request a new one.
I didn't receive the email
Check these points first before contacting us:
- The spam / promotions / junk folder of your inbox
- The address you used: is it really the one for your ShadowPass account?
- Wait 2 to 3 minutes — delivery can be slightly delayed
- Add noreply@shadowpass.digital to your contacts for next time
Choosing a strong password
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one digit
- Avoid dictionary words and birth dates
- Use a password manager if you can
Never share your password. ShadowPass will never
ask for it by email or message.
