Several people can work on your organisation: each one keeps their own ShadowPass account.
Send an invitation
- In the organiser area, open "Team" in the menu.
- Click "Invite".
- Enter the person's email address and pick their role (Admin or Member).
Only owners and admins can invite. Only an owner can invite another owner.
Accept the invitation
The person receives an email valid for 7 days. To accept, they must sign in with the address that received the invitation. After that, or if the email got lost, use "Resend invitation" in the list of pending invitations.
Number of collaborators
The number of collaborators depends on your plan. The owner doesn't count; a pending invitation already holds a spot. When every spot is taken, change plan or remove a member to invite someone else.
