The three roles
- Owner: full access, billing included.
- Admin: manages everything except billing.
- Member: views the organisation and its events and can check tickets in, without changing anything.
Change a role
In "Team", pick "Edit role" on the member's row. Owners and admins can do it, but nobody can change their own role, and only an owner can make someone else an owner.
To hand the organisation over to someone else, make them an owner: an organisation can
have several.
Remove a member
Pick "Remove" on the row of the member or pending invitation. They immediately lose access to the organisation and their collaborator spot is freed.
You can't remove yourself, and the last owner can't be removed.
