From the website
In the event's management area, open "Check-in". Scan the ticket's QR code or
type its number (format ABCD-EFGH-IJKL), then confirm. You can also search for a
dancer in the list and click "Mark as present".
- A check-in made by mistake can be undone from the participant's card.
- A teammate who hasn't confirmed their invitation shows as "Participation not confirmed": you can "Check in anyway".
- The Teams tab shows who has arrived in each team.
- "Export as CSV" downloads the list of entrants.
With the ShadowScan app
ShadowScan is the scanning app for your door team. It also reads a dancer's ShadowID and shows all their tickets for the event.
Ticket QR codes and the ShadowScan app aren't included in the free plan. Without them,
check people in from the website by searching dancers by name.
