At the entrance
Show the QR code of your category's ticket, from "My tickets", the app or the confirmation email. If you registered for two categories, you have one ticket per category. In a team, each member shows their own ticket.
The organiser can also scan your ShadowID: they then see all your tickets for the event and pick the one to check in.
My ticket has no QR code
Ticket QR codes depend on the organiser: not all of them turn them on. In that case the organiser finds you by your name or your ShadowID.
My QR code won't scan
- Turn your screen brightness all the way up and avoid glare.
- Show the QR code large, without cropping or blurring it.
- Check the ticket status: a Cancelled or Pending ticket isn't accepted.
- Still stuck? Show your ShadowID or give your name at the desk.
Download your QR code as an image before you arrive, in case the network is weak on site.
