All your tickets are in one place:
- on the website: "My tickets" menu (shadowpass.digital/mes-billets);
- in the app: "My events" tab.
Filter between upcoming and past events, then open a ticket to show its QR code or download it as an image.
A ticket is missing?
Tickets are tied to the email address used to register. If you registered with a different address from your account's, the ticket won't show up: sign in with the right address, or ask the organiser to fix the email on your registration.
Clean up history
The "Clean up history" button removes tickets for past events from your list. It can't be undone, but your results and ranking points are not affected.
"My ShadowID", shown next to your tickets, is your dancer card: it is not
an entry ticket.
