Your ticket's status is shown in "My tickets". Here is what each one means.
Statuses
- Confirmed: your spot is booked.
- Pending: the organiser approves registrations for this category by hand. Your request is recorded; they still have to accept it.
- Awaiting confirmation: team registration, you haven't confirmed the invitation you received by email yet.
- Checked in: your ticket was scanned at the entrance.
- Cancelled: the organiser cancelled the registration, or you left your team.
I'm "Awaiting confirmation"
Find your captain's invitation email and click "Confirm". Can't find it? Ask your captain to resend it from Manage my team; the old link will stop working.
If your registration is still "Pending" as the event gets close, contact the organiser
directly: only they can approve it.
