You register from the event page, on shadowpass.digital or in the ShadowPass app.
1. Check that registration is open
The organiser sets a registration window (in the event's local time). Outside of it, the page shows "Registration closed". A category can also be full: no spots are left in it, even if other categories still have some.
2. Pick your category or categories
You can register for one or two categories of the same event in one go (for example Breaking and Hip-hop). For a team category (2v2, 3v3…), see Register as a team.
3. Fill in your details
First name, last name, email, phone and dancer name. If you are signed in, what is already in your profile is pre-filled. Only your dancer name and crew are public; your name and email are visible to the organiser only.
4. What about payment?
ShadowPass doesn't collect entry fees. If the event is paid, the organiser says so on the event page: payment on site, or a button to their own ticketing service.
5. After registering
You receive a confirmation email with a link to add the event to your calendar and, if the organiser uses them, your ticket's QR code. Your ticket shows as Confirmed, or Pending if the organiser approves registrations by hand.
